[ You can almost see the gears grinding in his head as he tries to figure out what that means. Maybe it means she's going to collect the passengers' stuff and put it back in their cabins with them, or maybe it's like stepping between worlds through Maxwell's Door and he can't carry anything through the transition from either side.
